Decision making in real life experiences

Most important decision
Decision making is a key issue in cognitive-behavioral therapy, but there are few texts on cognitive therapy links to how people make choices and how they can be changed (Leahy, 2003). We woke up all of us thinking about the next day and hoping for a better day, but decision is one of the key factors that determines how our life is going to be or will be. In this past period, one of my major decisions was whether or not to join King's College for my bachelor's degree.

Logical errors are the mistake or logic that invalidates an argument. For example if someone manipulates the fact or draw false conclusion and etc. it mostly take place in debate. Likewise, reasoning is the way in which we thought something in a sensible way and Cognitive biases are thought patterns that deviate from the typical way in which decisions are made or judged (Hayes, Chatterjee, & Schwartzstein, 2017). Finally assumptions can be stated as, it is considered to be true without any proof. If all those factors presented above was considered above the decision making would have been a lot of easier and effective. As we all know, Bachelor's degree plays a vital role in shaping the future of an individual, so decision-making is going to be a lot of trouble making, as we fear for the future. So as a beginner, we fail to check everything because we lack logic and critical thinking about situations like this, and it happens to a lot of people. So if I had knowledge about all these logical fallacies, reasoning’s, biases and assumption my decision would be totally different or effective. Fallacies normally affect or harm the decision making, similarly, reasoning will have helped me better as it is the final result or outcome of the given data so in my case I would have used it as I would list all the college with bachelor degree and then derive the best and final one.  However, biases would have been problematical in my decision making as it distort and disrupt the issue because of the influences. In my case it would have disrupted me because of the negative rumors about the popular or best college. Finally, in terms of assumptions, for the decision-making process, some assumptions may be essential. It is not advised, however, to base the decisions on assumptions, but on facts. The premise of the simplicity of the issue is that it is clear and unambiguous.
